The Latest

So we got ourselves a pair of new callings :P. I am quite pleased about our new calling too, although mine seriously scares the heck out of me. I have been called as the ward organist. The best part of the whole deal is that I DO NOT PLAY THE ORGAN!!! I guess I will learn quickly. I have tinkered around on the organ several times in my life but I have never played in a sacrament meeting. We will see how it goes. I have already secured myself a key to my building to practice like crazy.

Richard's new calling is a ward missionary. Cute huh =). He is already set to go out with the missionaries tonight at 6:00 pm.

**I failed to mention the most important news. My brother David, was called to serve in the Arizona Tempe mission and he leaves April 15th, which reminds me I need to get my taxes mailed in. WAY TO GO DAVID! We sure are proud of you**

That is so exciting! Go David Go! And about the organist calling, how in the world did you end up with that if you don't play? haha Maybe your Grandma called them and told them they should call you...

How in the world did I not know that you even played the piano? My grandma tried to give me organ lessons when I was in high school and I hated it. I don't envy you at all! :) Good luck learning and practicing!

Great news all around! I didnt know people were called to play the organ without knowing how to play! i'm excited to hear how it goes! you're great! And your cutie bro will be a great missionary for sure. my most favorite elders i taught in the MTC were ones who really made that deep choice to go.
