I'm ALIVE!
Sorry it has been so long since I posted. I just hate posting without pictures and I haven't been that great at taking pictures. I have decided that if people are going to keep visiting my blog I'd better post regardless of whether or not I have pictures to share. I will update you on our OH SO EXCITING life!!!
** Richard graduated. YAY RICHIE!!!! He finished strong with a 3.91 his last semester. Don't tell anyone BUT HE BEAT ME!!!! I will live, but I did get a 3.81 my last semester --- but I was engaged, which I figure is equivalent to taking AP courses, so my gpa should really have been a 4.81=)
** We had a fun BBQ to celebrate Richard's graduation. At the bbq we discovered my sister's post-pregnancy sun allergies!!! She breaks out into hives when she goes out in the sun. You would think I was avoiding the sun based on my pasty white legs, but I am not. I am very much so NOT allergic to the sun.
** The company Richard would LOVE to work for in Denver wrote him an email letting him know they are still going to interview him. YAY!!!! (this came a week after receving an email saying they weren't sure they were going to hire and were reassessing their needs).
** We got a new calling. We are teaching the 12-14 year old sunday school class. Seriously, I just want to know what I did deserve this punishment, I mean blessing ;-). It is probably better for me to teach 12-14 year old classes versus primary, I feel less guilty beating them.
** Katie leaves on her mission 3 weeks from today. So sad!!!!
** We went to a really fun rodeo on Monday night. For those of you that know me, you know I am a little rodeo junkie!!! Love em. My favorite was that they taped 100 dollars worth of $1's and $5's to a steer and let all the 9-12 year old kids chase after it in hopes of becoming rich. Pure entertainment!.
** I have set a record. I have gotten ready, which entails doing my hair in an acceptable manner and putting on make up for 11 straight days!!! I almost don't even recognize myself!
I will try my hardest to take some pictures this week so my next post isn't so boring!!!!

CONGRATS on graduation and CONGRATS on getting ready...I put makeup on and did my hair for the first time in 2 months on Monday! That was my record!
I don't think I will ever in my life get ready 11 days in a row. Maybe 3...
and who said anything about allergies?? I thought hives were normal!

I love your posts. They are always entertaining, so when you don't post that little laughter is gone out of my life for a while. That is awesome about Richard. I am at home all day long every day. I mean I have my children's lives to be apart of, but I am home a lot. I don't think I have gotten ready on 2 days straight, let a lone 11. Nice job.
Great update! Congrats to Richard on his graduation and job interview. We visited Tyler's sister in Denver 2 years ago and LOVED it! That would be great for him to get a job with his dream company.
And yeah, 11 days in a row is a super record! You've inspired me to see how many days in a row I can fully get ready for the day. That will definitely be something for me to blog about! :)
